How to use
When right-clicking in the inventory, a confirmation window will be displayed to check if you want to use it.
Restriction
Available for purchase and use at level 121 or higher.

To Participate in the Event:
1) Obtain balloons - Get 2 balloons every hour from Carnival NPC. - You can also hunt monsters and collect 10 Rubber Pieces, exchange them into 1 Unicorn Balloon.
2) Balloon Blowing - Right-click balloons in the inventory to blow it and make it larger. - If you succeed in blowing the balloon, you will be rewarded with 1 randomly selecteditem based on Stage Rewards. - Balloons can be blown up to Stage 6. - If you fail in blowing the balloon, it will explode and 1 randomly selected item will be given. - If you stopped in blowing the balloon during the process, you will be rewarded with 1 randomly selected item based on Stage Rewards. - Blowing of Balloons can only take place in the Jangan and Constantinople.
